I got this book for my 8 year old who is always nervous. She was definitely intrigued because she asked a lot of questions, so I think the book was effective at calming her nerves about her appointment and answering her questions. We brought the book to our chiropractic appointment too and our doctor was very pleased that my daughter was familiarizing herself with how a session would go. Definitely a good read for kids of all ages.

Dr. Mary’s book(s) satisfies the curious and cautious kids as well as their parents. It is so interesting, informative, and helpful when the kids are apprehensive. My eight year old grandson loves his treatments, and it helps him release his fears, sadness of the loss of a dear pet, etc., and he opens up his mind and gets thoughts out of his head that are detrimental to his basic daily life... She is a very kind, understanding, and compassionate Doctor. I recommend this book highly!

I have 9 month old and craniosacral has helped his spit ups and sleep! After every session I feel there's a reset button and his behavior is so much calmer and he sleeps so well!! The spit ups would subside after each treatment. CST has also helped me in so many ways of coping with many emotional issues, IBS and digestive problems. Alongside my treatments with chiropractic I've been living a healthy lifestyle inside and out.
